PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES FORTHE PERIOD JUN 2019 TO DECEMBER 2020
Puntland Youth and Social Development Association (PSA) is local non- governmental, non- profit organization established in 2002 by a group of enthusiastic young educated members of society. PSA exists to mobilize, nurture and support youth and community to collectively appreciate and uphold universally positive values like peace, human rights, freedom, family stability, peaceful and effective governance structures, environmental conservation, positive culture and improved livelihoods for all.
Our Vision: An environment where youth move together in playing a pivotal role in self-preservation, enlightenment and peaceful co-existence amongst groups that contributes positively to development.
Our mission: PSA exists to mobilize, nurture and support youth to collectively appreciate and uphold universally positive values like peace, human rights, freedom, family stability, peaceful and effective governance structures, environmental conservation, positive culture and improved livelihoods for all.
PSA intends to prequalify eligible Suppliers to provide various goods and services required for the implementation of PSA projects in Puntland during the years of 2019-2020.

PSA is currently seeking the bids from potential supplies leading to agreements for the period May-2019-December-2020 for the following program related products/services in Puntland.

Instructions to suppliers
- Carefully read the instructions before completing the questionnaire. Note that submission of false information will lead to automatic disqualification
- You are requested to visit PSA office in Bosaso, Garowe & Galkacyo to pick the relevant templates for the bids.
- The application for prequalification should be submitted in a single sealed envelope.
- The documents should be signed by authorized representative of the company, stamped and submitted with relevant supporting documents that the applicant wish to be considered
- PSA has the right to invite quotations for goods, and services when required
- Suppliers must be financially stable. Suppliers should undertake to provide the organization with unlimited services and goods for not less than US$ 20,000 without non-payment for PSA at least for 3 months.
- All information given in writing to or verbally shared with the contractor in connection with this pre- qualification is to be treated as strictly confidential.

- All the information requested for per-qualification shall be provided in English Language
- PSA reserves the right to accept or reject any application and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.

- Detailed Company Profile, showing Company Name, Vision and Mission of the Company, Area of Business and contact details
- Certificate Business License/ Commercial License
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate, Tax payment Voucher or any other Document certifying that your company is tax payer
- Financial Statement for the last year
- Filled and Stamped Supplier information form
