The Centre for Peace and Democracy CPD and Puntland Youth and social Development (PSA) has received support from the Somali Stability Fund for the design and implementation of Joint Peacebuilding Initiative Project in Galkayo town, Galmudug and Puntland States Somalia. The project’s objective is to enablecommunities residing in both north and south Galkayo coexist peacefully and harmoniously.
The project will support community based activities that promote peace and will see Streets
of Galkayo town relighted and communities mobilized to get engaged in protection and maintenance of solar lights to reduce violence and crime
In an effort towards fulfillment of the above, CPD and PSA now invite bids from eligible bidders for Media consultancy. Successful bidders will be expected to adhere to the approved standards, under supervision of CPD/PSA’s logistics Offices.

The bids without the following documents will not be accepted and it will be totally disqualified.
- Certified and valid Copy of registration certificate (license) within respective Authorities
- Certified Tax compliance by the relevant authorities (tax payment receipts).
Other Important Requirements
- Proof of past experience of similar magnitude of task undertaken in the last one
- Expected time of completion (Work plan)
Please note the following:
- Your business/store will be physically visited for verification
- Successful bidder in the tender will pay tax dues to the Government
Interested bidders can download the bid document from https://www.psasom.org or visit PSA office in Galkaiyo, from 5th Dec 2019 to 12th Dec 2019, between 08.30am to 03.30pm.
Completed and sealed bids indicating tender reference numbers on the sealed envelopes are to be submitted into tender box will placed in PSA office in Galkaiyo,
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids containing other external markings that can identify the vendor or addressed to individuals will be automatically disqualified.
Please note that PSA/CPD is not bound to accept any or all bids and may decide at its sole discretion to reject any or all bids without offering any explanation.
